301 children were defiled by persons living with HIV and 120 children were defiled by their parents

Sexual abuse on children by parents and non parents continues in Uganda according to the annual police report. It's quite absurd that in Uganda parents continue to abuse their children. It's my,your,our responsibility to end this problem in Uganda. Laws should work, leaders at all levels , communities and civil society organisations should play their roles. This must end in Uganda if  we consinder ourselves to be in a global village.

AIGP Grace Akullo-Director CID, said a total of  301 children were defiled by persons living with HIV and 120 children were defiled by their parents.
"This is absurd and completely deplorable," AIGP Akullo said while launching the #2020crimereport
