It is Bumper Harvest time at Golden times Urban farmers club

We are super excited to have a mega harvest from the our very first Urban farming club, Golden times Urban farmers club. The club set up the garden one and and a half months ago following a training conducted by SCINE staff with support from Seed Programs International.

Before actual planting in our set urban garden, we conducted Focus group discussions (FDG's) and Key Informant Interviews (KII) with the school children and teachers at Golden times primary school. This was aimed at assessing the situation before actual set up of the garden. These discussions led to the formation of the school garden that eventually evolved into the first ever agricultural club in the school.
