Day 2 of Climate Vulnerable assessment in Katwe & surrounding areas

Day 2 of climate vulnerability assessment started with a transect walk in the morning around Katwe ghetto community in which we identified the major places that are affected by the negative effects of climate change, and the people most affected too. After the walk, we had a discussion on how to mitigate these effects and we also identified the major stake holders who will be responsible for each action.

Kampala Capital City Authority - KCCA team who were represented by Mr. Nakabale from makindye division  appreciated the work we are doing and promised to continue supporting and  working together. #SCINE through collaborations with other actors we envision a peaceful and prosperous society free from all forms of social injustices.
